Join CAF for a walking tour with Gwyn Richards & Tom Nancollas, exploring part of the City’s emerging office, hotel & cultural spaces.

Join the City Architecture Forum for an exclusive walking tour through the expert eyes of Gwyn Richards, Planning and Development Director, and Tom Nancollas, Assistant Director of Design at the City of London Corporation. Gwyn and Tom will lead us through the Square Mile’s nascent ‘second cluster’ around Holborn and the Fleet Valley, to learn about the emerging delivery of first-class office space amidst hotel, student, and exciting cultural uses, all coming forward in this part of the City.

This is an exceptional opportunity open to CAF members, where you will hear firsthand from those leading on the City’s future development, culminating in a relaxed social at the Hoop & Grapes! Welcome drinks and light bites provided followed by a cash bar.

Please note: the Wild Swan pub is not the meeting point for this tour, we will be in contact with the meeting point before the event.
