Join the City Architecture Forum for an exclusive look at the transformation of 75 London Wall, the former Deutsche Bank headquarters, into one of the City's most significant next-generation workplaces.
Hosted by Castleforge and Orms, this Show & Tell event will explore the redevelopment of more than 450,000 sq ft of office space through a retrofit-first approach that retains almost 90% of the existing structure while delivering new workspace, public realm improvements, cultural facilities and landscaped terraces.
Representatives from Castleforge and Orms will discuss the vision behind the project, the challenges of repositioning a landmark building for modern occupiers, and the role of circular economy principles, material reuse and low-carbon design in shaping its future.
