Join the City Architecture Forum for a tour of One Liverpool Street, a 10-storey office and Elizabeth Line Oversite Development (OSD).

One Liverpool Street is a new-build 10-storey office building and Elizabeth Line Oversite Development (OSD) designed by Eric Parry Architects. Visible from Finsbury Circus the finely crafted façades include sand-cast aluminium elements. The calm and ordered exterior belies the structural gymnastics required to bridge the live Metropolitan Line tracks and span over a seven-storey ventilation shaft onto limited foundations and basements.

We will take you on a tour of the development as it nears completion explaining the joint venture that enabled an amalgamated site and commercial viability, and the architectural design and complex engineering to deliver this. The building’s excellent and connected location, tenant amenities and efficient floorplates have seen major leases to Dentons and Knight Frank.
