Robin dobson

Robin has run the Network Rail property business (NRP) since 2022.  Prior to this he was Head of Development & Construction at Hammerson plc where he led the delivery of both London City offices and urban regeneration projects across both UK and Ireland. 
 
Robin’s focus has been to reposition NRP to drive growth through its extensive retail and leisure estate and by unlocking a national development pipeline.  NRP’s commercial portfolio generated over 1BN of annual sales and double digit income growth per annum over the last 3 years.
 
Robin is now the CEO of the newly formed property company Platform4 which has brought together the NRP and LCR businesses into a new entity.  Platform4 has projects in 22 London Boroughs and over 47 towns and cities across the UK 
 
In his spare time, Robin is a keen sailor, skier and has three girls.
