Tom Larsson

I’m a London-based real estate developer, founder of Grow Places, and host of the Grow Places Podcast. I specialise in sustainable development and design-led placemaking, working where real estate, architecture and cultural heritage intersect. I’m passionate about building long-term relationships that support thriving communities and embedding ESG and impact investment into every stage of development. Before founding Grow Places, I led major mixed-use projects at Stanhope. That experience shaped my belief that development should be bold, collaborative and rooted in place. At Grow Places, we take projects from vision to reality, bringing together brilliant teams to deliver meaningful, future-focused outcomes. I’m always looking to connect with fund managers, landowners and partners who believe development can and should do more.
