Damian Fennell

With 19 years of experience spanning an extensive project range from prime central london large scale commercial, to science parks & masterplanning, Damian is expert in investment strategy, creative solutions, and process optimisation for real estate, and a serial innovator in cutting edge technologies.

Drawing on an earlier successful career in fine art and sculpture, he champions design quality and is very interested in urban regeneration and ambitious cut and carve retrofit. He is Chair of the Board of Trustees for Art Academy London, having helped found the challenger art school in 2000, and helped establish its new HQ campus at Triptych next to Tate Modern.
