Dexter Moren

I am the founding partner of Studio Moren, who having provided architectural and/or interior design services for 72 of Londons’ trading hotels, are a lead Hospitality Sector practice in London. Past City Projects include The Westin, Vintry & Mercer, The Saint, Hyde Old Bailey, Montcalm and we find ourselves presently at the forefront of City Office to Hotel conversions including the iconic Ibex House. My parents were British but I grew up in South Africa where I gained my B.Arch. I then Studied at Columbia University NYC completing my Part 3 at the AA when I moved to London in 1986. I founded Dexter Moren Associates, now Studio Moren in 1992 and have been an Architects Livery Company member since recruitment by the late Stuart Murphy. Given that we find ourselves currently working on 9 City projects I believe I can both contribute and learn from participation in the City Architecture Forum.
