Liam Lawson Jones

Liam is an Associate Director at DP9 with 10 years of experience. He advises a range of clients on high profile projects principally in the City of London, Camden, Westminster, and Lambeth. He is a specialist in tall buildings and has worked on 1 Undershaft, 70 Gracechurch Street, 130 Fenchurch Street and Vauxhall Square; two of which are planned to be the tallest commercial and residential buildings in London.

He additionally has experience in complex development, energy planning, retrofit and sustainability, the community infrastructure levy and development which interfaces with the historic environment. Liam is advising on major infrastructure masterplans alongside a range of commercial and residential led developments for a number of clients.
