Niamh Darlingotn

I have over ten years’ experience working within the architecture industry, specialising in business development and marketing roles for several leading architectural practices. My work sits at the intersection of design, strategy and communication. I support practices in articulating their vision, securing opportunities and building long-term client relationships. Alongside my professional experience I hold a degree that has fostered a strong academic interest in architecture and the built environment that enables to continued development of my understanding of design quality, urban context, and architectural discourse.

As a long-term resident of London and a regular user of the City of London, I have a particular interest in how the City’s architecture balances heritage, innovation and commercial pressures. Furthermore I understand that strategic thinking can support the delivery of high-quality, sustainable urban development. I am keen to engage with the City Architecture Forum to contribute to informed discussion and broaden my understanding of the City’s evolving built environment by connecting with others who are shaping its future.
