Neil Deely

Neil is Co-Founder and Partner of architecture practice Metropolitan Workshop LLP, with 30 years’ experience in the design of tall buildings and major complex regeneration projects across London and the UK. He has a long-standing interest in the quality of the capital’s built environment: as a Mayor’s Design Advocate he advises the GLA on design quality and through the London Review Panel and Design Council CABE he has reviewed several significant City of London projects. He also works with MHCLG, public sector bodies and local authorities on housing design standards, chairs Design Review panels and acts as an expert witness on design and townscape matters at planning inquiries. Neil is a Freeman of the City of London and a member of The Worshipful Company of Chartered Architects.
