Richard Ward

Richard joined DP9 in 2005 and has 21 years planning experience and has specialised in negotiating planning consents for major mixed-use projects. He has gained a wide range of experience in the private sector and has worked on a wide range of projects in Greater London. He has gained experience in all aspects of planning and development work, in particular residential led mixed-use developments and conservation led redevelopment and refurbishment proposals. Richard has led the following projects through the planning process in recent years:  99 Bishopsgate, 85 Gracechurch Street, 70 Gracechurch Street, 55 Gracechurch Street and One Leadenhall.
