Theo joined DP9 in 2022. Theo’s planning experience to date has involved advising throughout the entire planning process for an extensive variety of projects across Central London and the wider Southeast region, from options testing and feasibility through to strategy implementation and practical completion. Theo is advising on large-scale planning applications in the capital across residential, mixed-use and commercial sectors, with an extensive project portfolio in the City of London.
