One Leadenhall Street is the latest addition to the City Cluster.

Join the City Architecture Forum on 25th November 2025 for an introduction to the newly completed building by Ken Shuttleworth of Make Architects and a tour of the building to include the 4th floor public terrace overlooking the adjacent Grade II* listed Leadenhall Market.

Developed by Brookfield and built by Multiplex, the 35-storey building provides 430,000 sft of new Grade A offices and a major US law firm made an early commitment to pre-let circa 200,000sft of the new space.
